Flex Contest
Flex Champ is where dance meets no limits.
14–15 November 2026 · NoD, Prague
We're a bold, unapologetic dance contest built for artists who don't want to be limited to one style or image — uniting every style of heels dancing on one stage. Flex Champ is dedicated to Frame Up and High Heels dancing in all their forms: strength, sensuality, confidence, attitude — however you define it.
Come flex.

What this is
This is your platform. A space to push past the standards, skip the stereotypes, and perform exactly the way you see your art. No shrinking, no filtering — just you, your style, and the freedom to go all the way with it.
A contest for two things that get confused with each other and shouldn't be. They are taught, judged and marketed separately here. Two of the categories put them in one pool on purpose; the rest keep them apart.
This is your moment to shine — flex your style, show your art, and feel the support of a community that truly gets it.
The difference, in fullWho's judging
Four judges across Frame Up and High Heels — Nastia Djuna, Anastasia Vlasova, Mary Startseva, Foxmakarova.
Meet the panel8 categories
They differ by how many of you are dancing, how much you have competed before, and which style you dance. Three questions is faster than reading all eight.
Find my category- Solo Debut — Never competed before? This one's yours. Solo Debut is built for true first-timers — zero prior stage or competition experience required, blending Frame Up and High Heels dancers into one welcoming debut stage. You're even welcome to perform choreography your instructor created for you. Spots are limited, so apply early.
- Beginners — Some stage time under your belt? Step up here. One blended pool for Frame Up and High Heels dancers at beginner level — open to those with a little prior stage experience, unlike Solo Debut. Same welcoming energy, one level up.
- Pro (Frame Up) — The flagship stage. Bring everything. Frame Up pushed to its highest level — floorwork, acrobatics, sharp and daring movement in strip heels. This is where the art form goes furthest.
- Heels Pro — Commercial. Experimental. Full power on heels. Hip-hop-rooted movement performed on heels higher than 5cm, judged as its own standalone discipline — different from Frame Up, same FLEX energy.
- Small Groups — Two or three. One vision. For duos and trios bringing one shared concept to the stage. One entry per team — and video submission is completely free.
- Crews — Go big. Bring the whole crew. For crews of four and up — big-stage energy, full production value. One written application per crew; the crew rep registers for the whole team.
- Freestyle Solo — New. Experimental. Yours to define. No fixed style — just an improvised solo performance on stage. Blend with the music in the moment and be yourself. Deliberately kept small to keep it special.
- Battles — One-on-one. No scores. Just heat. Head-to-head battles, open sign-up, no video pre-selection needed. No scoring here — it's decided live.

The questions we get asked most
- Do I get my €10 back if I'm not selected?
No. The pre-selection fee covers the review of your video and is not refundable, whatever the outcome.
- What if I've never competed before?
Solo Debut exists for exactly that. It's for dancers with no prior stage or competition experience, and it's kept small so it doesn't feel like being thrown in the deep end.
- What's the difference between Frame Up and High Heels?
Frame Up is floorwork and acrobatic movement performed in elevated strip heels. High Heels is standing choreography with roots in jazz, hip-hop and commercial dance. Both are danced in heels, but they're judged as separate categories.
